Median home prices in Marshall rose to $184,025 in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Marshall rose by $47,775 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,025 - a 35.1% increase over the $136,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Marshall in February 2019.
