Windsor home prices fell in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Windsor fell by $13,400 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,600 - a 5.4% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Windsor in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2020 was $5,636. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,473. This marks an increase of 3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
