February 2020: Home prices in Stoughton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Stoughton rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Stoughton in February 2019.
