Verona home prices rose in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Verona rose by $65,700 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,000 - a 28.2% increase over the $233,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Verona in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Verona for 2020 was $6,219. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,719. This marks an increase of 8.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
