February 2020: Maple Bluff experienced a 51.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Maple Bluff fell by $594,505 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,495 - a 51.9% decrease over the $1,145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Maple Bluff in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Maple Bluff for 2020 was $12,004. In 2019, the median sales tax was $10,666. This marks an increase of 12.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
