Cambridge median home prices fell by 69% in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Cambridge fell by $267,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 69% decrease over the $387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cambridge in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2020 was $3,486. In 2019, the median sales tax was $3,445. This marks an increase of 1.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.9%.
