Marshall home prices rose in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Marshall rose by $59,500 while total sales increased by 266.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 48.6% increase over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Marshall in January 2019.
