Windsor median home prices fell by 13.1% in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Windsor fell by $40,000 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 13.1% decrease over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Windsor in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2020 was $5,636. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,473. This marks an increase of 3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
