How did home prices perform in Cambridge during December 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Cambridge rose by $87,325 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,950 - a 47.3% increase over the $184,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cambridge in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2019 was $3,445. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,504. This marks an decrease of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
