December 2019: Waunakee experienced a 66.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Waunakee rose by $160,000 while total sales increased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 66.7% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Waunakee in December 2018.
