Deerfield median home prices fell by 16% in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Deerfield fell by $37,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 16% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Deerfield in November 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Deerfield for 2019 was $3,908. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,836. This marks an increase of 1.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
