November 2019: Home prices in Cross Plains increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Cross Plains rose by $20,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $204,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cross Plains in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for 2019 was $5,185. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,748. This marks an increase of 9.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
