Pricing for the median home in Marshall increased during November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Marshall rose by $38,700 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,600 - a 20.4% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Marshall in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Marshall for 2019 was $4,163. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,715. This marks an increase of 12.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
