Cambridge median home prices fell by 5.4% in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Cambridge fell by $9,900 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cambridge in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2019 was $3,445. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,504. This marks an decrease of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
