Marshall home prices fell in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Marshall fell by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 10.3% decrease over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Marshall in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Marshall for 2019 was $4,163. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,715. This marks an increase of 12.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
