Median home prices in Cross Plains rose to $255,000 in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Cross Plains rose by $6,550 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $248,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cross Plains in October 2018.
