The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Madison rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 538 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 8% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 477 homes sold in Madison in October 2018.
