Mount Horeb median home prices fell by 14% in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Mount Horeb fell by $40,950 while total sales decreased by 57.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,550 - a 14% decrease over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mount Horeb in September 2018.
