Home prices increased in McFarland during August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in McFarland rose by $17,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 32 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $263,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in McFarland in August 2018, as well.
