August 2019: Maple Bluff experienced a 185% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Maple Bluff rose by $791,990 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,220,000 - a 185% increase over the $428,010 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Maple Bluff in August 2018.
