Pricing for the median home in Stoughton increased during July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Stoughton rose by $23,025 while total sales decreased by 34.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,425 - a 10.7% increase over the $214,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Stoughton in July 2018.
