The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Sun Prairie fell by $5,400 while total sales decreased by 8.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $250,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Sun Prairie in July 2018.
