Median home prices in Windsor rose to $275,000 in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Windsor rose by $33,071 while total sales increased by 72%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $241,929 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Windsor in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2019 was $5,473. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,730. This marks an increase of 15.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
