Median home prices in Blue Mounds rose to $407,000 in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Blue Mounds rose by $260,350 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,000 - a 177.5% increase over the $146,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Blue Mounds in July 2018.
