What happened to the median home price in Black Earth during June 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Black Earth rose by $34,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 20.7% increase over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Black Earth in June 2018.
