June 2019: Marshall experienced a 3.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Marshall rose by $6,713 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,950 - a 3.5% increase over the $192,238 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Marshall in June 2018.
