Home prices decreased in Cross Plains during June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Cross Plains fell by $15,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,250 - a 6.4% decrease over the $237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cross Plains in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for 2019 was $5,185. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,748. This marks an increase of 9.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
