Stoughton median home prices rose by 18.7% in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Stoughton rose by $41,125 while total sales decreased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,125 - a 18.7% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Stoughton in June 2018.
