June 2019: Windsor experienced a 4.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Windsor rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Windsor in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2019 was $5,473. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,730. This marks an increase of 15.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
