Pricing for the median home in Maple Bluff decreased during June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Maple Bluff fell by $509,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $760,000 - a 40.1% decrease over the $1,269,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Maple Bluff in June 2018, as well.
