Cross Plains home prices rose in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Cross Plains rose by $21,150 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $219,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cross Plains in May 2018.
