Median home prices in Black Earth fell to $96,000 in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Black Earth fell by $101,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 51.4% decrease over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Black Earth in April 2018.
