Cambridge median home prices rose by 8.6% in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Cambridge rose by $12,900 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,400 - a 8.6% increase over the $150,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cambridge in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2019 was $3,445. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,504. This marks an decrease of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
