April 2019: Cross Plains experienced a 18.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Cross Plains fell by $49,950 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,250 - a 18.2% decrease over the $275,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Cross Plains in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for 2019 was $5,185. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,748. This marks an increase of 9.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
