Median home prices in Windsor rose to $313,000 in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Windsor rose by $143,200 while total sales decreased by 51.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,000 - a 84.3% increase over the $169,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Windsor in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2019 was $5,473. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,730. This marks an increase of 15.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
