Maple Bluff median home prices fell by 56.5% in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Maple Bluff fell by $538,450 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $414,000 - a 56.5% decrease over the $952,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Maple Bluff in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Maple Bluff for 2019 was $10,666. In 2018, the median sales tax was $9,766. This marks an increase of 9.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
