Deerfield home prices fell in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Deerfield fell by $5,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Deerfield in March 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Deerfield for 2019 was $3,908. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,836. This marks an increase of 1.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.5%.
