March 2019: Home prices in Cambridge increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Cambridge rose by $14,050 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,750 - a 9.1% increase over the $153,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cambridge in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2019 was $3,445. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,504. This marks an decrease of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
