Pricing for the median home in Mazomanie increased during March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Mazomanie rose by $72,855 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 75% increase over the $97,145 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mazomanie in March 2018.
