February 2019: Home prices in Marshall fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Marshall fell by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,250 - a 11.1% decrease over the $153,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Marshall in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Marshall for 2019 was $4,163. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,715. This marks an increase of 12.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.1%.
