Pricing for the median home in Cross Plains increased during February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Cross Plains rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cross Plains in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for 2019 was $5,185. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,748. This marks an increase of 9.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.8%.
