February 2019: Dane experienced a 40.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Dane rose by $59,050 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,950 - a 40.5% increase over the $145,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dane in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Dane for 2019 was $4,835. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,625. This marks an increase of 4.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
