Home prices increased in Stoughton during February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Stoughton rose by $38,650 while total sales increased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $172,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Stoughton in February 2018.
