McFarland median home prices rose by 10.7% in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in McFarland rose by $24,100 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $225,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in McFarland in February 2018.

The median sales tax in McFarland for 2019 was $5,474. In 2018, the median sales tax was $5,195. This marks an increase of 5.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
