The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Oregon rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $241,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Oregon in February 2018.
