The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Sun Prairie fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,900 - a 0.4% decrease over the $255,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Sun Prairie in February 2018.
