January 2019: Home prices in Marshall fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Marshall fell by $30,050 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,500 - a 19.7% decrease over the $152,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Marshall in January 2018.
