January 2019: Deerfield experienced a 15.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Deerfield fell by $51,950 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,000 - a 15.1% decrease over the $344,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Deerfield in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Deerfield for 2019 was $3,908. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,836. This marks an increase of 1.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
