Home prices increased in Windsor during January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Windsor rose by $49,800 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $255,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Windsor in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2019 was $5,473. In 2018, the median sales tax was $4,730. This marks an increase of 15.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
