Waunakee home prices fell in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Waunakee fell by $35,121 while total sales increased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 12.8% decrease over the $275,121 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Waunakee in December 2017.
